What exactly does ZumoIQ do?
ZumoIQ reads every review on your Google Business Profile and drafts a reply in your voice for each one in seconds. You review it, approve it, and paste it into Google. It learns your tone from your own past replies, so every response sounds like you — not a robot. We are adding post-visit CSAT capture and per-theme operational insights.
How much does it cost and what is included in each plan?
ZumoIQ has four plans in colones: Free (₡0, 10 AI replies/month), Inicio (₡5,000/mo ≈ $10 USD, 20 replies + voice training), Pro (₡15,000/mo ≈ $29 USD, 200 replies + multi-location), Hospitality (₡40,000/mo ≈ $79 USD, unlimited replies). The Inicio plan pays for itself in the first week for a business billing more than ₡50 million a year. We roll out CSAT, operational insights and auto-publish per plan as they ship.
How soon will I see changes in my reputation?
Within the first two weeks you are already replying to every new review in under an hour — that is the first signal your prospective customers see, and the one Google recommends for keeping your profile complete. The impact on how you are perceived (and eventually on your rating) depends on your review volume, how fast you resolve the complaints we flag over WhatsApp, and the operational decisions you make from the recurring themes. We do not promise a star number; we do help you act faster and more consistently.
Does the AI sound like me, or like a robot?
During onboarding, ZumoIQ analyzes your past replies to learn your tone, and after the first 10 replies you approve, it clones your voice. You approve every reply before it is published — you always have the last word.
Does ZumoIQ filter, buy, or incentivize reviews?
No. ZumoIQ does not buy reviews, does not incentivize positive reviews (we do not hand out coupons or discounts in exchange for a review) and does not block negative reviews. The satisfaction measurement we run after each visit is so the owner can fix real problems fast, not to filter who leaves a public review. Every customer can review on Google directly.
Why should a small business choose ZumoIQ?
We are a Costa Rican SMB building for Costa Rican SMBs. Our support team speaks Spanish, we bill in colones (₡5,000/mo — no international card needed), and the product was designed for the local business — restaurant, salon, clinic, workshop or shop — that does not have a dedicated marketing team. The Inicio plan pays for itself in the first week for any business with annual sales over ₡50 million.
Is ZumoIQ formally registered?
ZumoIQ Tecnología SRL is a limited-liability company incorporated in Costa Rica. We operate under the simplified tax regime and are in the process of registering as an official SME with the Ministry of Economy, Industry and Commerce (MEIC). What is a 1-star increase on Google really worth?
A study by Michael Luca (Harvard Business School, 2016) shows that +1 star increases an independent business's revenue by 5% to 9%. For a Costa Rican business doing $250,000 a year, that is an extra $12,500–$22,500 per year.
Where is my customer data stored?
We host on enterprise cloud infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit. AI replies are generated within the same perimeter, without your data going to third parties. Personal data can be exported or deleted at any time from your dashboard.
