1. 30-day satisfaction guarantee
Try it for 30 days. If within the first 30 days of your initial subscription ZumoIQ doesn't help you organize your reviews and reply faster — for any reason — email hello@zumoiq.com and we refund 100% of the first payment. No questions, no retention loop, no 12-step form.
The refund hits the original payment method in 5 to 10 business days.
2. Normal cancellation (after 30 days)
After the guarantee window, cancel anytime from /app/settings. The current month isn't pro-rated (you already paid; we honor the period), but there's no penalty.
3. What the refund doesn't cover
- Usage overage beyond your plan (extra WhatsApp BSP messages, extra API calls). Those are consumed and non-refundable.
- Accounts suspended for violating our Terms of Service (review manipulation, etc.).
- Payments older than 90 days, outside a reasonable window.
4. How to request a refund
- Email hello@zumoiq.com from the email on your account.
- Include your corporate ID or business name plus the invoice number.
- We approve or follow up within 5 business days.
- Funds arrive in 5 to 10 business days to the original payment method.
5. What happens to my data after a refund?
If you refund, we also cancel the account. You have 30 days to export (/app/export); after that we delete everything per our privacy policy.
