Our brand-voice extractor learns the owner's tone from two existing replies. Safe AI models draft every new review reply in that voice. The owner approves in one tap before publishing.

Replies published directly to Google.

Approved drafts are pushed to the Google Business Profile without leaving ZumoIQ. Response rate moves toward one hundred percent without toggling between apps.

A self-serve audit at /audit scores the Google Business Profile across hours, photos, categories, phone, website and description. Returns a numeric score and a prioritized list of gaps in under two minutes.

Q3 2026 IN PROGRESS

Hacienda 4.4 e-invoicing.

Electronically signed XML invoices integrated with the Costa Rican tax authority. Removes the manual payment-status tracking the admin records today.

2027 PLANNED

LATAM expansion (MX, CO, PE).

Once the platform serves 200 or more Costa Rican operators consistently, we port to neighboring markets where the operator persona is similar.

Every review, every message, every booking is a touchpoint with a customer. The platform reduces friction without making the interaction feel mechanical.

AI that disappears into the workflow.

The owner already has a job. Our software pre-drafts, ranks, and surfaces. The human still decides. Nothing autopilots without explicit approval.

03 · MARKET

Built where we live, sold where we live.

Costa Rica is a real first market, not a beta. The product is shipped in Spanish before English, priced in dollars at local levels, and tested with operators we can visit in person.

04 · BUSINESS

Unit economics that work at $9 to $79 per month.

AI cost per customer stays below $0.20 per month at expected usage. The pricing is sustainable without venture-scale capital requirements.

WHY WE BUILD HERE

We build close to the operators we serve.

We work with restaurants in Costa Rica because the operator persona here is sharply defined across restaurants, salons, clinics and hotels. We learn directly from owners, our team sits in the same time zone, and every decision is informed by what we hear back from them.
