Founding 25: Who Can Apply and What the Onboarding Looks Like

San José, Costa Rica. June 5, 2026. ZumoIQ is formally opening applications for the Founding 25, the program through which we are bringing on our first 25 clients. This is not a technical pilot or a waitlist. It is a group of businesses we will work with closely to make sure ZumoIQ performs well in the real day-to-day environment of a Costa Rican restaurant, with all the complexity that entails.

Why Start With Only 25?

Because building well from the beginning matters more than growing fast. Every restaurant has a different voice, a different customer mix, and a different operational rhythm. With a focused group, we can support each business individually, understand what works, and make necessary adjustments before we scale. The first 25 are not test subjects: they are the businesses that will help us make the product better for everyone who comes after them.

Who Is Eligible for the Founding 25?

• Restaurants, cafes, or hospitality businesses based in Costa Rica that already have an active online business profile and recent customer reviews.
• Owners or managers who can commit real time to the process: we are not asking for a large investment of time, but we do need someone available to have conversations, share feedback, and evaluate the responses the system generates.
